So far so good. No injuries and I am right on schedule. I have been following the free training schedule provided by the folks at TCS New York City Marathon and I just clocked a 15 miler at 2 hours 34 minutes. This weekend I have a 17 mile run.
I also took my Team Paws singlet for a test drive and ran my first 10K in Belize. I came in 2nd place at 00:54:34.
And, I’m definitely in the best shape of my life (a nice perk of the torture). No pain no gain, right?
